Job Posting: On-Site Security Officer and Patrol Officer (Unarmed)

Location: Tacoma, WA
Shift: Overnight (Graveyard)
Positions Available: 2 On-Site Officer, 1 Patrol Officer

Important: A personal vehicle is required for the On-Site Officer position.

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals for two roles in the Tacoma area: an Unarmed On-Site Security Officer and a Patrol Officer (with company vehicle). Candidates must be available to work weekends.

On-Site Officer Requirements:

Must have your own reliable vehicle and insurance
Current Unarmed Guard License preferred
Must be 18 years or older (25+ for Patrol Officer)
Valid drivers license required
Training will be provided
Strong communication and writing skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct foot and vehicle patrols hourly
Observe, report, and respond to activities on-site
Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct regular inspections
Enforce security protocols to prevent criminal activity
Report suspicious behavior to supervisors
Maintain a visible security presence
Write detailed incident reports
Assist employees and guests as needed
Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents
Collaborate with law enforcement as necessary

Compensation:

On-Site Officer: $18-$22 per hour
Patrol Officer: $22-$25 per hour
Pay based on experience and qualifications

Job Type:

Full-Time (1 position)
Part-Time (2 position)

Hours:

Up to 32-40 hours per week for Full-Time
Below 32 hours for Part-Time

Experience:
