Job Title: Qualified Millwright

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Millwright to join our team and perform a range of mechanical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to determine equipment requirements and troubleshooting.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar mechanical role.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy objects as required.

Certification or licensing in millwrighting is a plus.

Compensation:

Pay: $25 per hour.

Schedule:

Must be able to work any shift.
