What You Bring:

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Degree Required: Occupational Therapy. accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education

Required : Occupational Therapist License State of Washington

Required : Drivers License /Proof of Insurance

Required Upon Hire: Basic Life Support
