This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Job tasks may vary from day to day depending on production needs.

  • Produces quality breads, pastries, mixes, and doughs
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures.
  • Meets outlined production standard goals.
  • Understands uses and safety protocols of all equipment on production floor.
  • Communicates critical information clearly and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the bakery production industry.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Computer Skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Work Schedule Flexibility Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand English
  • Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts regularly

  • Scale
  • Knives
  • Scissors
  • Dough scraper
  • Rolling pins
  • Dough divider
  • Sheet pans
  • Loaves pans
  • Rolling racks
  • Icing warmer
  • Sheeter
  • Glazing machine

  • Proper use of proofing and ovens

Wage Range:$20.00-$26.00/hour, DOE
