What You'll Do:

As a Branch Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our branch's success. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, uphold safety standards, and support your team in delivering top-tier service. Key responsibilities include:


  • Overseeing operations, from scheduling and transportation to supply management and job reviews.
  • Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, including DOT, EPA, and state regulations.
  • Managing staff performance, setting goals, providing feedback, and handling disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and the physical facility.
  • Supporting the sales team in client interactions, ensuring operations meet customer expectations.
  • Monitoring financial performance and working to meet KPIs set by the Director of Operations.

What You Bring to the Table:


  • At least 4 years of project or site management experience in the hazardous waste industry.
  • Deep knowledge of DOT, EPA, and state hazardous waste regulations.
  • Experience in waste characterization (profiling) and a strong safety mindset.
  • A proven track record in leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading your team to success.
  • Flexibility and the willingness to work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
