Overview of the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:
A fast growing wholesale produce company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team. With dedicated people who are passionate about food, supply chain, and their community, we are looking for like minded individuals to help further our goal to enhance our communities through quality produce.

Job Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process and apply payments received from customers, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure all payments and transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions, including documentation for audits and reporting.

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:

• 1+ years previous AR experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
