Our client is looking to hire a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team! The Payroll specialist will work to process multi-state payroll for a family-owned and operated property developer. Overview of the Payroll specialist Role:

• Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP and electronic timekeeping system.
• Set up direct deposit setup and initiate deposits on paydays
• Report to department manager regarding daily activities and issue
• Maintain payroll records
• Process manual checks

Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist Role:

• Familiar with wage and hour laws
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Attention to detail
• Familiar with ADP, Kronos, Payforce or other relevant software
