New! Northwest Kidney Centers is hiring a People Analytics Coordinator to join our People Team in Burien, WA. This position will be Hybrid and work 2-days onsite. FLSA/Shift: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Day Shift Mon-Fri. Exempt
Purpose:
The People Analytics Coordinator contributes to the mission of NKC by providing benefit and leave administration support to employees. Manages HR internal databases, keeping employee records in digital formats and educating users on utilizing HR systems. Responsible for proper and effective management of benefit and leave programs and HR software Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) years of professional human resource experience focusing on benefit administration and HRIS management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists with administering benefit plans including enrollment, changes, and termination. Works with Payroll to make sure deductions are correct and records are accurate.
  • Assists managers and employees in interpreting and applying various NKC benefit-related policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws, including FMLA, PFMLA, 401(k), COBRA, EEOC, and other regulatory laws.
  • Ensures compliance with benefit program administration.
  • Participates in developing and delivering HR and benefit-related trainings and tools for managers and employees.
  • Processes employee data like leaves and benefits; exports regular and ad hoc reports from internal databases; creates new accounts and manages access permissions; Trains system users on functionalities and new features.
  • Develops HRIS data processing and quality assurance guidelines and standard operating procedures. Ensures compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Oversees administration of the HRIS to ensure records are accurate and consistently maintained in accordance with best practices. Oversees an HRIS quality assurance program. This includes documenting processes, managing workflows, and looking for ways to improve processes. Provides supportive training to leaders and staff to create and maintain buy-in for the system.
  • Produces reports, and presentations and monitors metrics related to KPIs. Collects and analyzes performance management data to assess organizational results and impact.
  • Collaborates with members of HR to ensure consistent application of policy, analysis of organization trends, and HR sharing. Makes recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment which is consistent with standards, practices, policies and procedures.
  • Offers change management support to ensure the successful implementation of frequent and ongoing organizational change initiatives related to benefits and HRIS management.
  • Collaborates with HR team members to draft standard operating procedures.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, benefits administration, and employment law.
