Job description
LHH is currently assisting one of our AmLaw clients source a contract Real Estate Attorney! The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of commercial real estate experience and be okay with no concurrent work while on contract.

There are location perimeters. Must be licensed where you sit and this role is open to the following states: Washington, Oregon, Texas, North Carolina, DC, Missouri or California.
Duties:
4-5 years of solid commercial real estate experience
Preference being construction contracting and real estate development
Familiar with drafting and reviewing leases and purchase and sale agreements
Familiar with standard real estate terms
Comfortable with technology
Other duties assigned
Duration: 6 months but she expects it will go longer
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (or close to that)
Pay: $60-$75/hour DOE (w2)

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
