Shift: Days / 7a-5p, 10x4, 40 hours per week, call required

Length: 13 weeks

All units that have on- call requirements require a 30-minute response time.

Requirements:

• WA License
• 3 years critical care experience
• 1 year IR experience
• Endovascular Lab and Cath Lab experience
• CT Ultrasound, Angio, patient recovery experience
• Skills required: Sheath removal, IV Start, Vent
• BLS
• ACLS

Other Details:

• Patient diagnoses: Stroke, Cerebral vascular diseases/defects, Peripheral vascular disease, fistulas, line and drain placements DCA, Stroke interventions, fistulas, drains and lines, proceural sedation
• Staffing ratio: 1:1

3 years critical care experience, 1 year IR experienceCan submit with pending WA license
