Job description

Aspen Personnel Services has been engaged by a well-known construction company to find a skilled Independent Contractor Consultant on a 1099 basis. This consultant will play a key role in coordinating and developing high-quality proposals that align with the companys brand standards and winning strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead kick-off meetings to establish work plans, schedules, and assign responsibilities.


• Gather and compile relevant content, such as resumes and project sheets, to complete proposals.


• Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including layout, reviews, and finalization with input from the project team.


• Create supporting graphics to enhance messaging, ensuring the final product aligns with brand standards and presents a compelling, strategic story.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.


• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft 365.


• Availability for 10-20 hours per week.

Compensation:

• Consultant Hourly Rate: $50 - $125 per hour.

Location: Spokane, WA.
