Autonomy, support, no drama, kind and compassionate doctor colleagues, and historically proven production averaging $8k to $10k/day per doctor.

We are losing an incredible partner to relocation and that leaves open a rare opportunity to jump into a fully developed, fully scheduled, well run and well respected practice.

• Located 20 minutes south of Spokane city center.
• Majority of equipment is less than 3 years old and all will be under 5 years old by Q4 of next year. The purchase agreements are in place and we are staggering the installs over the next year.
• We offer a daily minimum guarantee against a competitive percentage of ADJUSTED PRODUCTION. You need not worry about chasing collections. We have a robust office staff in place to help us all get paid quicky and fully for the work we do.
• Great staff of experienced and long tenured assistants, hygienists, and front office.
• 4-day workweek. Ideal would be Mon-Thursday, but we can accommodate a Tue-Fri schedule.
• We are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with reduced hours on Friday should you opt in on Fridays. Again: 4-day workweek.
• We also offer full benefits including 401k with employer match.
• We also offer equity investment opportunities after a year.

Must Have Skillset:

• Single implant placement, Endo including some molar, clear aligners, and the usual bread and butter treatments.
• Must have worked the last 2 prior years outside of a training environment, or 1 year plus a residency.
• Personal and professional backgrounds, respectively, will be considered as part of the hiring process.
• Unable to support visas of any kind as we are for-profit and without academic ties.
