Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency


• Provide accurate and competitive pricing information


• Process and manage customer orders


• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues


• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related concerns

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a related field


• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude


• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
