Job Description: Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction projects, including transportation (bridge/highway), water/wastewater, utility, and dam construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate these plans to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including materials and subcontractor selection, to ensure timely availability and compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and facilitate communication.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and pay requests.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the job site.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and project evaluations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on transportation, water/wastewater, utility, or dam construction.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Salary Range:
Base salary paid according to experience level
