What You'll Do as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA): As a Home Health PTA, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery process of our patients. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help implement personalized care plans designed to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Your responsibilities will include providing therapeutic exercises, functional training, and patient education, all while ensuring the highest standard of care in the comfort of the patient's home. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients, fostering trust and facilitating their journey toward independence and well-being.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate degree in Science or Applied Science, recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Current certification or state-required licensure.
Valid and up-to-date BLS CPR certification.
