Exciting Opportunity: Fabrication Technician (Heavy Industrial/Technical)

This role involves hands-on work in plastic pipe fittings for the Municipal, Industrial, and Commercial industries.

Position: Fabrication Technician

Type: Fulltime; Temp to Direct Hire

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Starting Pay: $22/hour (increases based on experience)

Location: Washougal, WA 98671

What You'll Do:

• Fabricate all sizes of plastic pipe fittings and structures using cutting-edge tools and technology. You'll be at the forefront of helping customers manage their complex projects with ease.

• Operate a variety of tools including hand tools, hydraulic fusion welders, chain saws, grinders, and more. Welding experience is preferred, but we offer extensive training!

• Collaborate with a dynamic team or work independently, depending on the project.

• Read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and technical diagrams. A test on measuring within 1/8" accuracy is required.

• Prioritize safety by adhering to our First-In-Safety standard and always wearing PPE.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Some construction or mechanical experience is required.

• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.

• Mechanical aptitude is a must - we're looking for quick learners with a strong work ethic!

• Basic computer skills and blueprint reading preferred.

• Must arrive on time every day and be open to working overtime when needed.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
