APP - Family Medicine opportunity: Yakima, WA Sign-on, Stipend, Retention, Starting, Relocation, Productivity Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Excellent compensation package including a generous guaranteed base salary based off MGMA standards- RVU quarterly incentive bonuses for increased earning potential- 1-2 yr ramp up- Blend of primary care and urgent care services- Full spectrum of care seeing all ages- Full time with flexible scheduling with some clinics offering extended hours and weekend availability- Opportunity to build a busy, lucrative practice with established clinics and robust panels (typical volume ranging from 18-28+ pts per day after ramp-up)- We welcome experienced or new grads for these positions (new grads must have extensive RN/BSN exp with direct patient care preferably in ER, critical care)- FNP certification those that have extensive clinical hours in primary care practicum will be highly preferred- EMR: Cerner- Relocation package - Sign-on/commencement bonuses- Malpractice- M/D/V/RX and disability with employer contribution- HSA- Student Loan Repayment programs- Voluntary critical illness and accident insurance (allstate)- 401k match- FSA- Generous time off- CME time and allowance- Bilingual in Spanish would be great!
