ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY Practice Highlights at Yakima Pediatrics PNP needed to provide primary health care and selective medical services/procedures to a pediatric/adolescent panel at our large, single specialty, outpatient clinic. Flexible schedule to include 32 hours of patient facing care and 8 hours of admin time. Expected visits per day 17-19+ or total visits of 726-812+ per quarter to meet productivity and community need. Must have strong clinical training/experience as a PNP, FNP with extensive experience with a pediatric/adolescent panel. Good blend of general and complex case mix. Integrated services including Primary Care Behavioral Health, and a Teen Health Clinic. Great support services and resources. Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus. Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus. EMR: OCHIN EPIC. Total Rewards Excellent full benefit package includes M/D/V/RX/AD&D/L/LTD/HSA, retirement, voluntary benefits, FTCA malpractice coverage. $0-$25 p/m premiums for employees, company subsidized premiums to add family. Base Salary: $120k-$125k p/y DOE with uncapped encounter-based productivity incentives. Potential bonus earnings of over $20k per year based on 19 visits per day (812 visits per quarter). Bonus increases with increased visits. Qualifications ARNP, MSN required with Pediatric NP certification preferred. Strongly prefer a minimum of 3+ years of experience working with a pediatric/adolescent patient population. Current, unrestricted RN license. WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license. DEA certificate. Great peer references and in good standing. Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid. COMMUNITY Central WA location has over 300 days of sunshine with 4 mild yet distinctive seasons. Area known for its wineries/vineyards, microbreweries, picturesque scenery with panoramic views of Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier, fishing, camping, skiing, hunting, hiking, biking, water sports, boating, outdoor concerts, parks-including doggie parks, golfing, drive up espresso stands, and one of the top agricultural hubs in the nation. 2-3 hour drive to Seattle, Spokane, or Portland.
