SharePoint Knowledge Manager This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. The SharePoint and Knowledge Manager will be responsible for setting up and administering a SharePoint site hosted by an enterprise partner, ensuring the platform meets the organization's needs. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, understanding the business processes that require support. They will design the site architecture, including site collections, sub-sites, libraries, and lists, and plan the navigation structure. The role also includes ongoing site administration and technical support, focusing on maintaining a user-friendly environment that supports collaboration and knowledge management. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for SharePoint Knowledge Manager: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. SharePoint Knowledge Manager Responsibilities Include: Set up and administer a SharePoint site, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and business processes. Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and understand their requirements. Design and structure the site's architecture, including site collections, sub-sites, libraries, and lists. Plan and implement navigation structures for optimal user experience. Provide ongoing administration, troubleshooting, and support for the SharePoint site. Work closely with enterprise partners to ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms. Develop and maintain documentation for the SharePoint site, including user guides and best practices. Implement version control and web authoring tools within the Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment. Performs other job-related duties as assigned SharePoint Knowledge Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the last 15 years with application, software, and SharePoint development. Expertise in Microsoft Office SharePoint technologies, including technical input on development initiatives across networks and web applications. Working knowledge of MS Office, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Microsoft SharePoint Designer, and other related SharePoint tools. Proven ability to interface effectively with senior military officials, managers, and peers through excellent written and oral communication skills. Preferred bachelor's degree in a STEM field. NGA certifications related to capabilities, acquisitions, or similar areas (preferred). Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance and SCI eligibility. Experience working in Microsoft-oriented enterprise environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage SharePoint architecture and design.
