Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Bridge Project Manager to oversee the construction of bridge projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, hands-on experience in bridge construction, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to concrete bridge construction.
  • Interpret and review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the installation of concrete formwork, reinforcement, and pouring operations.
  • Monitor material usage and manage supply logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of project progress, site activities, and any incidents or changes.
  • Ensure that all construction activities adhere to environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bridge construction, with a focus on concrete bridges.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to bridge engineering.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
