Job description

Gpac has partnered with the fastest growing Heavy Civil Contractor in the area and they are looking to add a Superintendent

Superintendent Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Keep detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and other documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Superintendent Qualifications:


  • 3 years & proven background experience as a Superintendent in the Civil/Heavy construction field.
  • Strong knowledge in Heavy Civil Construction methods, Bridge and Highway expierence, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant qualifications are a plus.
