As a highly trained WIndow Warranty Specialist; it's all about assisting and increasing the value of our team to our clients. You will help provide our goal: to provide the best customer experience that a client has ever had! Whew, now that's a challenge!

We plan to make Drexel the leading provider of building materials and the number one place to work in Wisconsin. If you want to hop on the train, here is the type of Rockstar we want on our team:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Expert-level product knowledge in Window Department offerings including Alliance and Andersen

Understand vendor-specific installation methods, warranties, and service policies/procedures.

Work closely with vendors and their representatives on training, builder conversation, and service work.

High-level understanding of basic construction methods.

Ensure that service issues are addressed within 48 hours. "48 hour solution resolution"

Schedule all window installations and services with Drexel installation teams, sub-contractors, builders/homeowners, set crews, and project managers for projects to meet the time frames requested.

Communicate with customers and team members over the phone, by email, and in-person to schedule, remind, and follow up on installations and services

Within 12 months, will be responsible for managing all service inquiries and requests.

Create labor purchase orders to pay subcontractors

Communicate with Installers daily to enter jobs

Coordinate, add, cancel, or make changes to times for any/all repairs and/or installs/services with customers within the scheduling software.

Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly

Attention to detail and excellent communication

Must be comfortable with computers
