Position: Regional Retail Manager
Location: Chippewa Valley and Northwestern, WI

Pay Rate: 90k - 105k

Our client in is seeking out an advanced leadership role within the Chippewa Valley area and Northwestern Wisconsin. We are seeking out a reliable, driven, and natural born leader to assist with several store locations.

What will you be doing?

  • Overseeing retail operations at several stores within the region
  • Assisting other store managers in operations, leadership, growth, coaching, and developing new talent
  • Forecasting annual sales, current and future budget plans, implementation with tracking on cost-saving measurements, and communication of budget performance
  • Guidance with store presentation, organization, facility layouts, and maintaining quality control, safety, and company policies
  • Frequent visits to all store locations throughout the week to meet with store leadership to improve performance, compliance, and promote growth
  • Growing and maintaining leadership roles from team leaders, department managers, and store managers

What do you bring?

  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership in retail management, preferred in operations role in larger store capacity
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of work week
  • Dependable transportation and ability to travel to all store locations and beyond if needed
  • Capacity to work from office, retail store, and home environments for prolonged periods of time, regular bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, lifting up to 25lbs, and standing
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and reasoning skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Intermediate level of competency with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in reporting tools
