This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at N17W24100 Riverwood Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00am - 4:30pm ,Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including separating and distributing to staff.
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assist directors with appointment scheduling
  • Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
  • Ability to work onsite at N17W24100 Riverwood Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday , 08:00AM - 04:30PM (flexible)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance
  • Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
  • A clerical or administrative support background
  • Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes
  • Experience working in a call center
