Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for repairing, installing, and troubleshooting production equipment in a corrugated production/converting plant in an efficient, high quality, and safe manner.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work requirements.
• Install, align, take apart and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions.
• Works on a rotating shift schedule between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• A technical degree or Journeyman certificate in an industrial maintenance type field is preferred as well as four years of prior experience. General knowledge of gear drives, conveyors, pneumatics and hydraulic systems is required.

Compensation & Benefits

As a Journeyman Mechanic, you'll make $35.17 per hour on day one and have access to our two health and wellness clinics. Services are completely free for all employees and their dependents!
