A capital region construction contractor is ready to hire a good project manager with commercial construction experience! This is a company that will allow you to grow in to upper leadership within the company - you would be mentored by the Vice President of Construction!

Project Manager Position Responsibilities:

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

- Ensure project quality and safety standards are met

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders

- Implement project management best practices

Project Manager Job Functions:

- Develop project plans and schedules

- Track project progress and report on key metrics

- Resolve project issues and conflicts

- Conduct project meetings and presentations

- Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Project Manager Skills:

- 3-5 years of project management experience

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Proficiency in project management software

- Knowledge of commercial construction practices
