Job description

This is a QA Manager/Lead who will oversee the testing team and ensure timelines are met. This position is hybrid in the Madison, WI area.

Responsibilities

Develops test plans and strategies.

Leads, mentors, and collaborates with the testing team as they identify defects.

Partner with the project Business Analyst(s) to ensure requirements traceability processes and standards are aligned with best practices.

Facilitate status meetings, working sessions, and/or triage meetings with internal stakeholders and vendor(s) on testing efforts.

Collaborates with stakeholders.

Provides quality assurance reporting.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge.

Leadership and communication skills.

Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Experience with testing methodologies and tools including for mobile applications

Experience working with project management and software defect tracking tools such as ; Jira, Wrike, etc.

Experience working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) in software development and implementation projects

Hybrid in the Madison, WI area!
