Job description

• The Nursing Home Certified Nurse Assistant position brings quality of care to all residents and families by following guidelines, policy, and procedures set up through our skilled nursing facility.
• This role helps the residents with their activities of daily living and assists in various ways to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.
• Answer call lights
• Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.
• Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse
• Obtain vitals, weights and other information as needed
• Meet resident needs in a timely manner
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse
• Perform other duties as requested.
