Job description
• Only qualified Central Investor Services Support Associate candidates located near the below hub location areas to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
Hybrid/ Hub Locations: NJ, Milwaukee, WI; or Tempe, AZ with.
The Central Investor Services Support Associate is responsible for supporting the Investor Services and Investor Allocations teams acting as a subject matter expert in areas included but not limited to investor allocations, fee calculations and investor return calculations. Reviews and prepares offline and system generated calculations to support new fund launches and existing fund updates including but not limited to, complex expense and waterfall/incentive fee calculations, regular and specialized PnL allocations, performance metrics, such as IRR, MOIC, ROR on a partner, tranche or fund basis based on the terms of the offering documents. Proactively identifies issues through review of qualitative and quantitative data, anticipates obstacles and then implements mitigating solutions. Builds relationships with stakeholders, including project managers, and IT professionals, to ensure that project goals are aligned, and communication is effective. Serves as liaison between internal and external developers and IS and IA departments regarding projects. Completes system testing before releases.
