ERP Training Consultant

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a ERP Training Consultant for a contract position in Milwaukee, WI
The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.


Position Summary: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team at client to design, create, and deliver instructional solutions and training.

  • Support global Oracle deployments.
  • Enhance skills and performance of employees, partners, and customers.
  • Develop innovative training aligned with business strategies.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Apply Oracle CPQ and Fusion knowledge to business processes.
  • Create training materials using Adult Learning Theory.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop instructional solutions.
  • Design creative learning tools for ERP platform use.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Stay updated on trends and technology in learning design.
  • Support all aspects of training deployment, including planning, logistics, and metrics.
  • Deliver Oracle training and support data prep for end user training.
  • Report progress, roadblocks and plans on a weekly basis

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in training development and delivery.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion CPQ and training lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development software such as Articulate Storyline, Rise and Captivate.
  • Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Fusion, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong visual and textual storyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SMES, IT, L&D, OCM) to design training solutions.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and geographies.
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and a team-player attitude.
  • Proactive approach to improving work standards and processes.

Preferred:
  • Position reports to the Learning and Development organization.
  • Located in Milwaukee, WI, with remote options (EST or CST required).
  • Global responsibilities and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
