Manager's Job Description:

Looking for a person with strong customer service skills that can work independently and is great with time management. Daily responsibilities will include managing mail services, print/fleet support, facilities support of conference room support. Company requirements of lifting of 50 pounds. Also, there will be walking through building for office service support. Additional lifting support will be offered when needed. No driving is required. Dress code is Business professional attire. Uniforms will be provided for the temp but if they could wear a polo and black or khaki pants until uniform arrives. Worksite is Fiserv 600 N Vel R Phillips Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53203 and parking will be offered.

Provide high-quality food and beverage service for meetings, events, and general office functions. Ensure cleanliness and organization of conference rooms, kitchens, and office areas. Assist with general clerical duties and supply management.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down conference rooms, including tables, chairs, podiums, and equipment.
  • Prepare and arrange food and beverages for meetings and events.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, etc.).
  • Manage conference room supplies, food inventory, and equipment.
  • Perform general office cleaning tasks (trash removal, restocking, vacuuming).
  • Greet clients and manage conference/hospitality calendar.
  • Handle mail services, shipping, and supply distribution.
  • Train team members on tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of hospitality and office experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance (may be required).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and office equipment skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
