Job description

The person filling this role would primarily focus on supporting account administrators with asset setups.

A secondary focus would be to resolve accounting breaks.

The Position will be responsible for physical assets setups which will require close attention to detail, accuracy, and manual data entry.

The position will also be responsible for researching and resolving any reconciliation breaks that have been identified by our fund accounting teams.

These tasks will require strong analytical, organization, and communication skills.

Requirements:

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Some knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)

  • Basic knowledge of regulatory and accounting principles

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet established deadlines in a dynamic teamwork environment

  • Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

    Education requirements:

    Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
