Wage Range: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

The LPN is responsible for providing safe, therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, working collaboratively with physicians, families, and other multidisciplinary team members. Quality nursing care is delivered through the application of the nursing process, with the goal of restoring and maintaining residents capabilities at their maximum mental and physical levels. The LPN serves not only as a compassionate caregiver but also as a clinical role model and resource for other staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • CPR certification required; experience in long-term care is preferred.
