Description
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are completed on time.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure that healthcare projects are completed to specifications and in compliance with building codes and healthcare regulations.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure that healthcare construction work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Network and build relationships with potential clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and win new work for the company.
- Foster a close-knit, client-focused culture within the company, ensuring that the needs of our clients are always met or exceeded.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction practices, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with subcontractors and vendors in healthcare construction.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and healthcare regulations.
- Proven track record of business development and networking in the construction industry.
- Client-focused mindset, with a dedication to meeting or exceeding client needs and expectations.
