Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide guidance on HR-related issues.
• Oversee the payroll process and ensure benefits administration is handled effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000
