Support Worker Needed

Support Needs:

Housekeeping
Cleaning
Organization
Minimal yard work and handy work as comfortable
May include shoveling snow from exit areas and wood pile only (winter months)
Put wood into fireplace when cold weather

Mileage:
Paid only for Medical Appointments or shopping, if needed
Individual can drive at this time

Schedule:

Days: One to two days a week for 14 hours total (whatever day works with workers schedule)!
NO Hours before 11:00 AM. No weekends!
Hours: 14 Hours per Week

Wage:

Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

Requirements:

Pass background check
Be honest
Have COVID vaccine
Wear a mask-provided by client
Wear gloves-provided by client

If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
