Who we are: Midwest Clinical Resource is the premier, skilled nursing staffing agency in partnership with North Shore Healthcare long-term care facilities. We offer Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant positions and specialize in long-term care at our nursing home facilities throughout the state of Wisconsin.

Positions come with weekly pay, plus the opportunity for instant pay through Rain, to bridge the gap between paydays for your convenience. Essential Job Duties Responsibilities (CNA)
Attend to the individual needs of residents which may include assistance in personal and oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communicating, or other needs not listed.
Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report these changes to appropriate licensed nursing personnel.
Provide care that maintains each resident's skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage by changing incontinent residents, turning, repositioning immobile residents, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin, etc.
Answer residents' call bells promptly and courteously.
Perform various tasks assigned by the charge nurse including vital signs, residents' weights, applying creams/ointments, collecting specimens, etc.
Assist with orienting residents and their families to the nursing home upon admission and to the unit when transfers occur.
Lift, move, and transport residents, using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for accident prevention.
Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
Complete certified nursing assistant records, documenting care provided or other information in keeping with department policies

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, a candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus successful completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant Certification course. Candidates must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification in the state in which he or she is practicing and have at least 6 months experience in long-term care.
Candidates must also have reliable means of transportation and a negative TB test, valid within the last 6 months.
Compensation
Pay is determined based on years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Pay Range: $22-$25 per hour
