Salary range: $37.00 to $41.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

The Unit Manager plays a key role in ensuring high-quality care for residents while upholding nursing service standards in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. This position serves as a clinical and managerial resource, providing leadership and acting as a positive role model for the nursing team. As an effective change agent, the Unit Manager is dedicated to optimizing the delivery of nursing care and services, fostering an environment of excellence in resident care.

Requirements:

  • Valid Wisconsin RN license
  • Currently certified in CPR
  • Long term care experience preferred
  • One year supervisory experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year recent clinical experience related to geriatric nursing.
