Nurse Practitioner specializing in Palliative Care provides comprehensive, compassionate support to patients with serious, life-limiting illnesses. This role involves assessing and managing symptoms, coordinating care among various healthcare providers, and offering emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. The Nurse Practitioner in this field focuses on improving quality of life by addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, while also facilitating advance care planning and ensuring that treatment goals align with the patient's values and preferences.
