Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Cody WY
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated medical team in Cody, WY. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving clinic growth within our state-of-the-art facility. This position involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing care to achieve optimal health outcomes. Ideally, the incoming PA/NP has excellent clinical skills, is experienced with personalized care, and preferably has an interest in or background in functional medicine with the drive to uncover the root cause of our patients concerns. As this position is primarily independent, we require the NP/PA to have at least 5 years of experience.

Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment strategies aligned with the clinic's functional medicine philosophy.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and educate patients on health management.
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic patient care.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient flow and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols and standards of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to patient recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with patients to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Stay current on the latest advancements in functional medicine.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • PA/NP License to practice in WY
  • 5 years of clinical experience required
Schedule:
  • Mon, Wed, Thu 8-5 and Tue 8-12
Salary (range):
  • $130k to $160k per year (DOE)
