Job Summary: Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a newly founded team-based physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in the beautiful area of Gillette, Wyoming. Our company was created to provide prospective healthcare resources to the community and meet the needs of our patient base. To do this effectively, we encourage spending more time with patients through a lower daily patient volume. We are seeking a compassionate Physician to permanently join our team of Internists, specialists, and other medical staff. This position will offer a traditional approach to medicine, as well as DPC and concierge care, prospective care, hyperbaric medicine, and other methods focused on regenerative/ longevity medicine and research. HH&WC offers top-tier technology resources to help achieve these goals and is open to additional resource recommendations pertaining to your specialist field.
Benefits and Compensation:
  • Salary: HH&WC offers a highly competitive, negotiated base salary with additional incentive opportunities in the fields of hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 at the commencement date of contract.
  • Relocation and Housing Assistance: $20,000 relocation bonus
  • Health Insurance: Employer-sponsored health insurance, including a low-deductible health plan through Cigna, Vision, and Dental. Premiums paid by the company, $250 ind or $500 family deductible, and low out of pocket!
  • Additional Insurance: Large employer monthly allotment for Disability, Life insurances, Cancer coverage, Accident policies, Hospital Indemnity coverage, and more through multiple supplemental companies.
  • Retirement: 8% matched 401(k).
  • PTO & leave: 6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 days sick
  • Continuing or Additional Education: $5,000/ 5 Days
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
  • Malpractice: Employer paid malpractice coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
  • Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.
  • Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
  • Provide immediate care for minor trauma, lacerations, sprains, fractures, and infections.
  • Manage chronic conditions as needed in the context of urgent care visits.
  • Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Clinical Procedures
  • Conduct minor surgical procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage, and foreign body removal.
  • Administer injections, vaccinations, and other treatments.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures such as EKGs, x-rays, and lab tests as necessary.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with nursing staff, medical assistants, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Consult with specialists and primary care physicians as needed for patient management.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Administrative Duties
  • Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and continuing education sessions to stay updated on medical advancements and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education and Training
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a Family Medicine residency program.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine.
  • Licensure and Certification
  • Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
  • DEA certification for prescribing medications.
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
