Job description

As an HR Specialist at IvyPanda, you will be responsible for managing and executing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and engagement.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
