Ofsted Deputy Manager - Hazel House

Position: Ofsted Deputy Manager
Location: London, UB5
Salary: £18.14 per hour (40 hours) + Sleep-in s paid at £70.50
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager for a 2-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in London. In this role, you will support the Registered Manager in delivering outstanding care to young people in a supportive, structured, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Registered Manager in the overall operation of the home.
• Supervise and support staff in providing high standards of care and support.
• Work closely with young people to ensure their individual needs are met and their welfare is promoted.
• Ensure that all care plans are implemented and regularly reviewed.
• Manage and implement regulatory and safeguarding policies within the home.
• Work a variable shift pattern across 7 days, as required.

Key Requirements:

• Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
• A valid driving license is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on a flexible shift pattern (no fixed pattern available).
