Job description

We are a seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join the Engineering Council in a full-time permanent role.

The Engineering Council is the regulatory body for the UK engineering progression. They are a registered charity and are responsible for setting and maintaining internationally recognised standards of professional competence and ethics that govern the award of professional titles to engineers and technicians. The work the Engineering Council does ensures that employers, government and society as a whole can have confidence in the knowledge, competence and credibility of registered engineering professionals in the UK.

The Digital Marketing Executive role is part of the Data and Communications team and reports into the Marketing and Communications Manager. You will be responsible for managing the Engineering Council s digital channels, with a focus on the website, social media (organic and paid) and email marketing. There is huge scope to grow and develop their digital presence and establish new processes and guidelines, working alongside other team members, so this role would suit someone who is collaborative, proactive and highly motivated,

To succeed in the Digital Marketing Executive role you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in website, social media and email marketing, ideally with a B2B focus
  • The ability to create informative and compelling content, including copy, images and videos
  • Strong analytical skills and competence using databases and CRM systems

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: London (Monument), with 2 days per week in the office
