Project Manager - Safer Buildings
Salary: 53,040
37.5 hours ? Hybrid working
The overall responsibility of the Project Manager within our Safer Buildings team is to effectively manage and control our Intrusive Inspection Programme in line with PAS9980, coordinating with Consultants (Fire engineers) and Contractors. Manage the relationship with consultants and contractors to ensure that the programme is effectively managed, KPI?s are met, and all works are completed on time, within budget and to the agreed standard.
Ensure that there is strong coordination across MTVH and communicate to all stakeholders, internal, external and residents. Coordinate all elements of the intrusive programme to ensure that inspections can be successfully delivered.
What you?ll need to succeed
-Degree qualified, in a related field, APM (PMQ) qualification desirable and or at least five years proven track record delivering complex multi tenure schemes or remedial works, on time and budget.
-Membership or working towards membership of a professional body, i.e. RICS, MCIOB, APM.
-An experienced site supervisor, site manager or project manager with a track record of leading multiple teams in a performance driven environment.
-Strong working knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory obligations relating to the delivery of servicing programme of work.
-Extensive knowledge of the CDM, Asbestos awareness, Fire risk assessment and all other regulations relating to the delivery of planned programmes of work.
-Requirement to have full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes and availability to travel to other MTVH locations regularly.
