Are you an experienced Property Manager with a knack for tech-savvy solutions? Our Battersea-based client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team on a project to integrate a new Property Management System and Case Management Software. This role will begin with system integration and continue as a full-time property management position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the integration of a new Property Management System and Case Management Software, ensuring seamless adoption by the team
Manage properties effectively post-integration, maintaining high standards in property operations
Handle tenant relations, ensure compliance with regulations, and resolve property-related issues
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise property management workflows and procedures
Provide regular reports on property status and improvements, implementing insights from data generated by new software
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of property systems and case management software
Tech-savvy, with the ability to oversee and troubleshoot system integrations
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of property regulations and compliance standards
