Paralegal - Romsey

My client are looking for a talented Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team in Romsey and underpin two of their property Partners. The successful candidate will work for a range of clients including institutions, national businesses, private investors developers and private land owners carrying out a range of high-quality work.

The key attributes for this role include:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised
• A good team player
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Previous experience of dealing with leasehold property transactions
• A desire to learn and develop
• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

They are searching for a candidate with a minimum of a year's Commercial Property experience, in order to be considered and with an initial starting salary of between 24,000 - 27,000 p/a, based on experience.
