Reporting to the Contract Management Team Lead, we are looking to recruit a Contract Lead on a permanent basis. You will join the ever expanding Assets and Investment function. This is an exciting time to join a growing area of the business.
More about your role
Covering the North West, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of the groups repairs, maintenance and capital component upgrade work. You will take an active role around responsibility with CDM and H&S Management.
In addition to ensuring that terms of the contract are met, you will review performance and provide reports measuring against agreed SLAs and KPIs. You will lead on the preparation of contract documentation and assist in the preparation of budgets, monitor costs and ensure the provision and maintenance of accurate reports.
You will also provide technical advice on building refurbishments and maintenance contracts, participating in Asset Management meetings making recommendations where required.

More about you
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and have driven continuous improvement. Experience in arranging and supervising works to domestic and commercial properties is desired along with a track record of managing/ leading a team.
At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, a basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.
