Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This is a temp-to-perm position with a competitive hourly rate of £11.90.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery within a fast-paced production environment.
• Ensure all machines are running efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations across all shifts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Ability to work in a 3-shift pattern (days, evenings, and nights).
• Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality in the workplace.
