The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Supervisor to join our team, covering areas from London to Nottingham. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a team of engineers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the work of mechanical and electrical engineers across various locations.
• Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
• Scheduling and managing planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Collaborating with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth operation of projects.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including reports and inspections.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the M&E sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Flexibility to travel between London, Nottingham, and surrounding areas.
